EMPOWERMENT
Better Together – 12 week program for young girls aged 8-12 focused on positive mindset, self-esteem, self regulation, bullying, body positivity and more!
Becoming Empowered – Workshops centered on becoming aware, making choices and supporting yourself in order to develop your self compassion and self esteem.
ARTS & EXPRESSION
Use Your Voice – Speak up and use your voice, incorporating vocals, spoken word poetry, public speaking and drama.
Artz Space – Develop techniques and hone your craft through mixed media art including painting, sculpting, sketching and others.
Craftastic – Learn to make candles and body products while gaining knowledge of social entrepreneurship.
In Design – Learn the basics of fashion design and construction, from sewing to branding and bring about the importance of social change.
STEAM
STEAM Workshops – Science! Technology! Engineering! Arts! Math! Participate in innovative & creative activities including coding, robotics, design, photography/videography & more!
Let’s EXPERIMENT! – Participants in hands-on experiments that directly relate to the Ontario Science Curriculum for grades K-8.
CAREER & MENTORSHIP
Future ME – Create S.M.A.R.T. goals and develop step by step plans to achieve your goals. Workshops range from Post Secondary 101, to goal setting, to public speaking, to connecting with experts in various professional fields.
Job Starter – Learn interviewing tips and how to properly craft resumes & cover letters that stand out from the crowd.
LEADERSHIP
Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) – Participate in leadership workshops and gain hands-on leadership training in this teen-focused program.
Tutor Training – Interested in sharing your knowledge with others? Participant in tutor training, instructed by Licensed 2 Learn, in order to have the skills necessary to become an exceptional tutor!
MINDFULNESS
Mindful Movement – Practice mindfulness through yoga, while strengthening your body and mind.
Mindfulness workshops – Participate in mindfulness workshops for the modern mind to help you find the best version of yourself.
WRAP – Wellness Recovery Action Plan allows students to learn about stress, becoming aware of their stress and coping strategies that can improve their overall wellness.
HEALTH & NUTRITION
Chef’s Catering – Become a Master Chef! Learn the art of creating delicious and nutritious meals while catering for special events! Learn how everyday nutrition habits can positively impact one’s overall health through interactive discussions and practices.
Fill Up Your Cup – Variety of workshops focused on creating a healthier you. Learn about your sexual, mental, physical, social and spiritual health by partaking in these workshops.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Empower Martial Arts – Learn discipline and strength while exercising various forms of martial arts.
Rhythm in Motion – Learn the right moves in various forms of dance including hip-hop, jazz, ballet, contemporary, etc.

Craft for a Cause – Want to convert your hobby into a business? These workshops will teach you about branding, marketing, website development and more!
